Cilantro Marinade: 1 bushel cilantro, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup onion, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp. of mint,2 tsp lime juice.
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend well. Spread over meat of your choice. Allow to marinate overnight for maximum flavor or a minimum of 1 hour if your doing the same day.
